No Contrast No Expansion

Contrast = Expansion

Contrast = Expansion

Contrast = Expansion

When I remind myself of this, I feel better. When I can look at any problem, anything getting under my skin, and imagine it as the cause of my further expansion, it isn’t as hard to take. This causes me to relax a little around the problem. When I relax a little around the problem, solutions and completely different opportunities sprout up into focus.

Musn’t hate the contrast.

Thank it, and keep stepping.

    Hmm. thought provoking. Never thought of it like that – problem = challenge, yes, problem = expansion? are you sure?

    Have to say, your blog/web page is one of my favourites because you do make me think about things differently, sometimes radically.

    I love this. I just look at a few individuals in my life that are CONSTANTLY creating opportunities for expansion, and thank them. There is obviously more room for my expansion, and they are my perfect teachers. Bless their infuriating little hearts.

    Maybe if I keep typing this, it will sink in.

  5. Definitely words to live by – and words to grow by.

    Good Lord, I need to have a phone therapy session with you, or something. Help me, wise one.

    Amber, but I write it because I NEED to learn it.

    It’s the relaxing I can’t seem to do consistently. It helps to have a daughter that is constantly my mirror of control freakishness and so when I try to help her, I recognize the same in myself.
