Love it! I once had an instructor who repeated the mantra, “Breathe. Relax. Align.” It still sticks with me. Maybe because I took the class on the beach in Maui. Or maybe because it seems like a simple way to live my life.
The way you do anything IS the way you do everything, that’s so brilliant and true (and totally annoying).
When I move away from my core. That’s when I fall…. True in yoga, true in life.
