We Found the Right Vet

Written by Michelle O'Neil on November 6th, 2009

Jingle went to the vet today and the vet said Jingle is the cutest most bestest dog she’s ever met in her whole entire life!

Well, not in so many words, but it was heavily implied.

She actually got down on the floor and laid with Jingle, nuzzling her face, cooing at her.

She didn’t charge us for the visit.

Jingle has a way of bringing out the best in people. She’s such a joyful spirit.

Jingle Bell.

Jingle all the way!

Jingle, Jingle, Jingle, we can hear your collar ring!

And yes, “I got a little change in my pocket going Jingle-ingle-laaang.”

You can’t help but love her.

Jingle snuggle*Our camera is on its last legs. There is a very seventies feel to this photo, right? We’ll pretend I meant to do that. Meanwhile, any recommendations on blog worthy digital cameras, would be greatly appreciated!

Awww! Cute picture. I’m a huge fan of my Sony digital camera…in fact, I love all the Sony products I have.

and how could that NOT be so?? Of course she’s the best puppy!

    Love that 70s shot!

Fwiw, I have the Sony Cybershot 7.2 megapixels, 4x zoom, and it’s an easy to use, sharp little affordable camera. I know there are cameras out there w/ higher mega pixels and more features, but this little guy has been great for me. Have fun camera shopping.

can’t remember the name of it (not helpful!) but just saw a new whiz-bang card that connects to your computer wireless. You take a picture and it automatically sends it to your computer

Add to annoying songs running thru your head: “In the jingle, jangle morning I’ll come following”

Great picture — and yes, very 70s!

I love my Kodak EasyShare, though as a non-blogger I don’t know what makes a camera blogworthy.

Hey, when does Jingle start school?

Wait wait – you’re gonna let me geek out about CAMERA’s!!! Are you looking for point and shoot, something just above, or full blown SLR?

And hey- some people pay extra for that effect ;-)

  9. Geek out woman! Do it. For now I am looking simple, but there is an SLR in my future. I can feel her calling me.

Shoot – a few months ago I sold my – mid level camera…the one I had when I was learning but not yet ready for SLR. Fuji Finepix s5000 It was small enough to toss in a medium purse, had some features you could play with but had the ease of point & shoot. Down side is only 3.2 megapixels but unless you are blowing up larger than 8×10 you won’t need more than that. Up side – color results were outstanding and it had an optical zoom of 10x. As my father would say – that means you can take a pic of a chipmunk farting 10 yards away. Since it’s a few years old you can get it dirt cheap – I’m talking $50-$80 on ebay. http://photography.shop.ebay.com/Cameras-Photo-/625/i.html?_nkw=fuji+finepix+s5000&_catref=1&_fln=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m282

That way you won’t feel guilty when you upgrade to a full blown SLR next year *cough* :-)

Yeah – got so excited I didn’t sign in. but the PS version to the last post is that it takes AA batteries so you can just buy rechargeable and the SD memory card will be compatible with 90% of DSLR’s coming out on the market these days.

  12. Thanks so much Dawn! We went with a Cannon Power Shot for now but I will be consulting you “next year” about that SLR, baby!
